The Kayenta Animal Care Center is here to support pets and their people in Kayenta Township. From helping with stray animals and reuniting lost pets, to offering adoptions and connecting families with important pet care services like vaccinations and spay/neuter, the team plays an important role in the community. Our focus is on helping pets stay safe, healthy, and where they belong.​ Ahéheeʼ!

Hours and Location

The Kayenta Animal Care Center is located 2 miles north of the intersection of US-160 and US-163. After milepost 396, look to the right. It is next to the Kayenta Transfer Station. Look for a tan building with green trim inside the fencing. If you have passed a bridge, you have gone too far.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Closed for lunch: 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

Closed on holidays
